Our new Lead Generator is all about:

  • Advanced speaking and written English;
  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales, B2B sales, other sales experience;
  • Tolerance to the routine and multitasking;
  • Transparent and effective self- and project-management (savvy in Scrum and Agile methodologies? that’s perfect!);
  • Attention to the details while running simultaneous processes;
  • Constant learning as a groundwork of success;
  • Proactiveness and regular KPI-sessions to keep moving forward.

Also wanted: confident usage of Excel, advanced web-surfing skills to use them for social networking purposes, searching and analyzing the data.

Day-to-day responsibilities look like:

  • Generating new MQL leads by the defined BANT criteria (with the toolset and expertise provided from the colleagues);
  • Working with online channels such as Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Ukrainian and foreign communities;
  • Processing the incoming requests from the official website to establish the first contact with potential clients;
  • Handling CRM and automated e-mail marketing;
  • Active monitoring of the available quality leads;
  • Making qualification of leads from all channels and transferring them to the Sales department.
  • Appointing meetings with customers and our sales managers
  • Prospects for growth to the Sales Manager and closing deals.
