Senior AI Engineer (Remote)

Your responsibilities will be:

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications using GPT-4, Claude, and open-source models
• Develop multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows
• Create RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
• Implement vector databases and semantic search solutions
• Collaborate with product teams to define AI features
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth

Key Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years focused on AI/ML development
• Production experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source)
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

Skills/Competencies/Attributes:

• Deep understanding of transformer architectures
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Big plus:

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
• Published research or blog posts on AI topics
• Experience with computer vision or speech recognition
