Get your company genuinely using Claude. Not just experimenting with it.
A three-stage programme that takes you from an honest assessment of where AI fits in your business, to Claude Enterprise deployed with the right governance and skills, to custom agents running your core processes.

Your team is already using AI. Just not the way you think.
Every company we talk to falls into one of two camps. Either they are not using AI at all and watching competitors pull ahead. Or their team is already using ChatGPT on personal accounts, pasting client data into tools the company has never approved. That is shadow AI. The question is whether you control it or pretend it is not there.
Ungoverned shadow AI
- Staff paste client data into personal ChatGPT accounts
- No audit trail of what has been shared with whom
- Prompts and outputs fall outside data retention policy
- Licences paid by individuals, not visible to IT or finance
- No consistent way to share useful prompts across teams
- Legal and compliance exposure that nobody is tracking
Governed AI on Claude Enterprise
- SSO, SCIM, and role-based access under IT control
- Full audit logs of every conversation and connector call
- Custom data retention, zero training on your data
- One contract, one bill, one governance model
- Shared Projects and skills reusable across the team
- Legal and compliance posture defensible to auditors
What it looks like when AI is part of how your company works
AI-enabled does not mean buying licences and hoping people use them. It means sales forecasts with AI, marketing drafts campaigns with AI, engineers ship faster, and finance cuts reporting time. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Sales operations
Pipeline review used to be a manual process. Now an agent pulls deal data from Salesforce, drafts a weekly pipeline review with risks, stalled deals, and next actions. The Monday meeting becomes a decision session instead of a data extraction exercise.
Marketing analytics
When traffic on a landing page drops, an agent pulls GA4 data, cross-references search console and ad spend, identifies the likely cause, and delivers a five-minute brief with suggested next steps.
Engineering and product
Claude Code reads your codebase, drafts features against tickets, handles Git workflows, and writes the first-pass tests. Engineers spend their day on architecture, review, and the hard parts.
Knowledge and operations
Every department has a Project preloaded with their documents, processes, and decision history. A new hire in finance asks Claude how the month-end close works and gets an accurate answer with links.
We use what we sell. Every day.
Most consultancies talking about AI have not deployed it inside their own business. We have. Softblues runs on Claude Teams. Our sales pipeline, marketing analytics, content production, project delivery, and internal knowledge all flow through Claude. We use it to run our company, and we show clients the working systems on the first call.
From curious to AI-enabled
A three-stage engagement. Start where you are. Move at your pace. Exit at any stage.
Most clients move through the stages in order. Some skip the assessment because they already know where they are starting. Some jump to advisory because their team is already running on Claude. The framework is a guide, not a gate.
Three traps most AI programmes fall into
We have seen enough of these across the market to name them. Our engagement model is designed specifically to avoid them.
The pilot trap
An AI pilot runs for six months in one team, produces a deck, and never spreads. We design engagements to reach production use across departments, not to live forever in pilot mode.
The shadow AI default
Doing nothing is a decision. It means your staff use personal ChatGPT, your data leaks, and you get neither governance nor upside. There is no safe way to wait this out.
The licence-and-pray approach
Buying Claude Enterprise seats and sending out a welcome email does not make a company AI-enabled. Without Projects, connectors, and role-specific training, adoption plateaus within weeks.

The honest comparison
Stronger on reasoning, coding, and complex analysis. Not locked to M365. Works across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
Better enterprise security controls. SCIM, audit logs, custom data retention. Anthropic safety-first approach.
Claude is more mature as a standalone platform. Gemini works best for Google Workspace shops, where we recommend it.
Most teams lack the AI engineering depth. Deployment, governance, integration, and team training need experience.
Frequently asked questions
ChatGPT at the team tier is a consumer product with a business skin. Claude Enterprise has the security, identity, audit, and governance controls an organisation actually needs. SCIM, SSO, custom data retention, granular permissions, and full audit logs. It also gives you Projects, Artifacts, and Connectors that are built for enterprise workflows rather than individual chats. When something goes wrong with ChatGPT at the team tier, you are on a shared support queue. With Claude Enterprise, you have a named Anthropic account team and we are available as your implementation partner.
Yes. That is exactly what the Readiness Assessment is for. Two to three weeks, modest investment, and you walk away with a clear, evidence-based view of where AI fits in your business. We often recommend companies start there even when they already think they know the answer, because the assessment surfaces use cases and risks the leadership team had not considered. No pressure to commit to more after.
Six to ten weeks from kick-off to your team genuinely using Claude across departments. Deployment and security configuration take the first couple of weeks, then training and workflow rollout happens in parallel, department by department. We do not run six-month programmes. If we cannot get your team productive on Claude within ten weeks, something is wrong with the plan, not the timeline.
Most clients move into the Implementation and Advisory retainer once the programme is live. That is where we build custom agents for specific processes, expand to new teams, and act as your AI partner of record rather than your AI vendor. The retainer scales up when you need to push hard on an initiative and back down when things are stable. You own everything we build.
Almost every team we work with has shadow AI already. That is a starting advantage, not a problem. People are motivated and they have already figured out what is useful. We channel that energy into a sanctioned platform, capture the learning through training and skills libraries, and give IT the visibility and control it currently does not have.
No. We are a Google Cloud Partner and we deploy Gemini Enterprise for Google Workspace shops. We also use OpenAI models and open-source models in client projects when they fit. Claude Enterprise is the right choice for many mid-market companies, but not all. We will tell you honestly when something else fits better, and we have the breadth to deliver whatever platform is right.
Yes. We are London-based but serve clients across the UK, Germany, Ireland, the US, and the wider EU. Remote delivery is our default. We travel for kick-offs and key workshops when it helps. Most of our delivery runs asynchronously through Slack, Linear, and regular video sync.
A written assessment report of roughly 20 to 30 pages, a prioritised use case roadmap where each use case is scored on value, feasibility, and time to results, and a 90 minute readout session with your leadership team. The output is a plan your leadership can act on, not a deck that sits in a SharePoint folder.
We are in the process of joining the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. We have 10 certified Claude architects on the team and run Softblues on Claude Teams ourselves. Our certification and partner status are progressing alongside our client engagements, which means our clients benefit from our direct, working relationship with Anthropic as it matures.
