The Claude Readiness Score is a free five minute self-assessment from Softblues, a London-based AI consultancy and Anthropic Claude Partner Network applicant. It scores a company across four dimensions, people, process, technology, and culture, using ten multiple-choice questions, then returns a total score out of 40 grouped into four readiness bands: early stage, foundational, ready to deploy, and advanced. Each band maps to a recommended starting Phase in the Softblues Claude Enterprise programme: Phase 1 strategy and roadmap for early and foundational scores, Phase 2 deployment and activation for ready scores, and Phase 3 continuous partnership for advanced scores.
