Best Claude (Anthropic) Implementation Partners in the UK (2026)
Over 40,000 firms have applied to Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, but very few have actually put Claude into production. Here is how to tell a real Claude implementation partner from a certificate, and choose one for a UK rollout.

By Ivan Pylypchuk, CEO of SoftBlues. We put Claude into production for finance, legal and healthcare teams across the UK and Ireland.
More than 40,000 firms have applied to join Anthropic's Claude Partner Network since it opened in March 2026, and over 10,000 consultants have earned a Claude certification (Anthropic, Jun 2026). That is a lot of firms now claiming they can put Claude into production for you. Very few have actually done it. This guide is about telling the difference.
There is no single best Claude implementation partner in the UK. The right one depends on the job. A 470,000-person global consultancy and a ten-person specialist shop are measured against the same bar by Anthropic, but they are not the same purchase. This is a buyer's guide. It sets out the partner types, explains how Anthropic actually ranks them, names real examples, and gives you criteria to judge any firm, including us.
At SoftBlues, a registered Anthropic Partner Network member working with regulated mid-market companies across the UK and Ireland, we sit on the buyer's side of this more often than you would think, helping firms compare partners that look nothing alike. So read the disclosure in the Key facts, then use the criteria. They work on us too.
Key facts

Who this is for, and who it isn't
This is for an operations, IT or finance leader at a 50 to 500-person UK or Irish company who is building a shortlist of firms to help deploy Claude and wants to compare options that do very different things.
It is not a directory of every AI agency in Britain, and it is not for someone who just wants a Claude Pro seat for themselves. If you need one licence, buy it from Anthropic and skip the rest. If you need Claude woven into your systems, with the governance and change management a real rollout needs, keep reading.
What is a Claude implementation partner?
A Claude implementation partner is a firm that helps an enterprise take Claude from a promising pilot to a system the business can actually run on. Anthropic's own framing is blunt: a successful pilot is not the same as a system a business can run on, and the real work is in the integration, the evaluation and how people's jobs change around it (Anthropic, Jun 2026).
In practice that means scoping where Claude earns its keep, connecting it to your systems of record, setting up permissions and audit logging, evaluating outputs against your standards, and training the people who will use it every day. The model is rarely the hard part. The deployment is.
How does Anthropic rank Claude partners?
In June 2026, Anthropic introduced the Services Track and a public Partner Hub so buyers can see what a firm has actually delivered rather than what it claims. The track has three tiers, and every firm is measured against the same requirements, whether it is a ten-person AI-native shop or a global consultancy (Anthropic, Jun 2026).
1. Select. Where partnership begins: at least 10 active certified individuals, at least 2 joint customers deployed in production in the trailing 12 months, and at least 1 public customer story.
2. Preferred. Deeper practices: at least 100 active certified individuals, at least 15 deployed joint customers, and at least 3 public stories.
3. Global Premier. The top tier: at least 1,000 active certified individuals, at least 100 deployed customers across three or more regions, at least 15 public stories, and a joint business plan with named Anthropic executive sponsors.
Firms below Select start at Registered, the entry level, with a minimum commitment to 10 certified practitioners. Here is the useful part for a buyer. Because the ladder counts real adoption and enablement work, a small specialist that gets customers live quickly can qualify early. Size does not buy a higher tier.
What types of Claude implementation partner exist?
The market splits into four types. Match the type to your job before you compare individual names.
1. Global consultancies. The largest professional-services firms are building Claude practices at scale. Accenture is training 30,000 people on the model, Cognizant has rolled it out to roughly 350,000 associates, Deloitte is making it available to 470,000, and KPMG is integrating it across a workforce of more than 276,000 (Anthropic, Jun 2026). Best for multi-country programmes, board-level change and deep training budgets. Avoid if you want one system live in a quarter without a seven-figure engagement.
2. Specialist implementation partners. Smaller, AI-native firms that focus on getting a specific system into production inside a regulated mid-market company. This is where SoftBlues sits. Best for a bounded, high-value deployment with named accountability and quick time-to-live. Avoid if you need thousands of seats trained across a global org at once.
3. Cloud and platform channels. Claude is available on AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft, so you can also procure and deploy it through your existing cloud relationship (Anthropic, Mar 2026). Best if you are already committed to one cloud and want Claude inside that governance. Avoid if you need hands-on delivery, because the channel sells access, not implementation.
4. Development and staff-augmentation firms. Engineering capacity to build and maintain Claude-powered systems alongside your team. Best for ongoing build work and filling a skills gap. Avoid if what you actually need is strategy and vendor selection rather than more hands.

How do you choose a Claude partner by region and industry?
By region. For a UK or Irish deployment, weigh whether the partner has people who understand UK data protection and, if you are regulated, your regulator's expectations. A global firm has the footprint. A UK-based specialist has proximity and often a lower rate. Anthropic's Partner Hub includes a public directory where you can see a firm's tier, certified team and customer references before you call anyone (Anthropic, Jun 2026).
By industry. Match the partner's delivery evidence to your sector. A firm that has shipped Claude in financial services, legal or healthcare has met the governance bar those sectors demand. Ask for a named example in your industry, not a logo wall. You can see how we approach a regulated rollout end to end in our Claude operating system case study, where we run our own company on Claude before we ask a client to.
Claude partner types compared
| Partner type | Best for | Avoid if | Typical proof to ask for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Global consultancy | Multi-country, board-level programmes | You want one system live this quarter | Named production deployments at your scale |
| Specialist implementation partner | Bounded, high-value deployment, fast | You need thousands of seats trained at once | A live case in your sector, one accountable lead |
| Cloud / platform channel | Buying Claude inside your existing cloud | You need hands-on delivery | Reference architecture, not a services team |
| Development / staff aug | Ongoing build capacity | You need strategy, not more hands | Engineers' Claude certifications, code samples |

What questions should you ask a Claude partner?
For the numbers behind that last question, our companion guide on Claude Enterprise pricing and rollout costs breaks down licences versus the real cost of deployment, and the Claude Enterprise implementation checklist covers SSO, permissions and audit logging so you can hold any partner to it.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Claude Partner Network? It is Anthropic's programme for firms that help enterprises adopt Claude, launched in March 2026 with an initial $100 million commitment for training, technical support and joint marketing (Anthropic, Mar 2026).
How is a Claude implementation partner different from a reseller? A reseller sells you licences. An implementation partner takes Claude into production: integration, evaluation, governance and training. The Services Track only credits the practice a firm has actually built and delivered, not sales volume (Anthropic, Jun 2026).
Do I need a Select or higher partner? Not always, but Select is where Anthropic considers real partnership to begin: 10 certified people, 2 production deployments and a public story. Below that, a firm is still proving it can deliver. For a serious rollout, Select or above is a sensible floor.
Can a small UK firm be a good Claude partner? Yes. Anthropic measures every firm against the same requirements and a smaller firm climbs by growing its certified bench, so a focused specialist can qualify early. Size does not raise the tier (Anthropic, Jun 2026).
Where can I see a partner's real standing? The Claude Partner Hub has a public directory showing each partner's tier, certified team, production deployments and public references, refreshed daily (Anthropic, Jun 2026).
Is SoftBlues a Claude partner? Yes. SoftBlues is a registered member of the Anthropic Partner Network. We have listed ourselves under specialist implementation partners above and asked you to judge us by the same criteria as everyone else.
Choosing a Claude partner is a judgement about delivery evidence, named accountability and honest pricing, not a brand ranking. Anthropic has finally made the evidence visible. Use it, and use the same lens on us.
SoftBlues is a registered Anthropic Partner Network member and a Google Cloud Partner. We use it before we sell it: we run our own company on Claude before we put it into a client's. If you are comparing partners for a UK or Ireland deployment, book a discovery call.
