Find out where AI fits in your business. Before you commit budget.
A two to three week assessment of your people, processes, technology, and culture. You walk away with a prioritised action plan ranking AI use cases by value, feasibility, and time to results. Vendor-neutral and built to stand up in front of your board.

This is the right starting point if...
- You know you should be doing more with AI but you do not know where to start
- You have had vendor pitches and they all sound the same. You want a vendor-neutral view of where AI actually fits in your business.
- You need a credible plan you can take to your leadership team or board before you commit a larger budget.
- You already have people using ChatGPT or Claude on personal accounts and you need a governed way forward.
Four areas we assess
Most assessments focus on technology and skip the harder questions. We cover all four because AI programmes fail on the people, process, and culture side far more often than on the tech.
Who is already using AI on personal accounts. Skills gaps. Cultural resistance. Where the early champions are.
Which workflows are highest-value to automate first. Where AI augments versus replaces. Where it does not fit.
Existing tool stack. Identity and access maturity. Security and compliance constraints. Data architecture readiness.
Leadership posture on AI. Risk tolerance. Innovation processes. Change capacity.
How we run the assessment
Three weeks, structured. No surprises, no open-ended discovery that balloons into six months of consulting. You know up front what we are doing each week and what you get at the end.

Three deliverables you walk away with
Everything is written down. Nothing depends on you remembering what someone said in a workshop three weeks ago.
Written assessment report
Around 20 to 30 pages covering all four areas. Executive summary, current state, use case catalogue, risk register, and recommended roadmap.
Prioritised use case roadmap
Every identified use case scored on value, feasibility, and time to results, then grouped into a Now, Next, Later matrix.
Leadership readout session
90 minute session with your leadership team. Findings, roadmap, trade-offs, and an honest conversation about readiness.
Prioritised, not speculative
Every identified use case gets scored on value and feasibility, then plotted so the starting points are obvious. High value, high feasibility ideas go first.
Each use case is sized for effort, mapped to the team that owns it, and tagged with the right platform fit, whether that is Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, or a custom build.
Sample scoring: use cases plotted by value and feasibility, top-right quadrant prioritised for Now.
Where the assessment leads
Most clients use the assessment to align stakeholders and unlock budget for the Capability and Culture Programme, where we deploy Claude Enterprise and train teams. Some use it to validate that AI is not a near-term priority. Some take the action plan and execute it themselves with internal capacity. All three outcomes are valid, and all three are better than guessing.
See what comes nextQuestions about this stage
No. The assessment is designed to be valuable for leadership teams regardless of technical background. We translate technical findings into business language and recommendations you can act on. If your CTO or CIO wants to dig into the technical appendix, it is there. If your CEO wants a three-page summary, that is there too.
Then you may not need this step. A discovery call is usually enough to figure out whether you should skip directly to the Capability and Culture Programme or the Advisory retainer. That said, we sometimes find that clients with strong convictions still benefit from the assessment because it surfaces use cases and risks they had not considered.
No. The assessment is platform-neutral. If Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, or a mix of open-source models fits better for your company, we will tell you. We are a Google Cloud Partner and we deploy Gemini Enterprise too.
Shorter, lower cost, and more practical. Our output is a working plan you can execute, not a 200-page deck. And we can implement what we recommend rather than hand it to another firm.
Typically 8 to 12 people, including leadership, department heads, and a cross-section of end users. Each interview runs 45 to 60 minutes. We also run an anonymous staff survey that takes about 10 minutes per person.
Access to the right people, a view of your current tool stack, and any existing documentation on processes or data architecture you have. We do not need access to production systems or sensitive data during the assessment.
