That is common and solvable. We position Claude alongside, not instead of, during the transition. Once people see the difference on the workflows they care about (reasoning, long documents, coding), migration happens by pull, not push.
Minimal disruption. Deployment runs in parallel with your normal work. Department training is scheduled in short sessions, typically 60 to 90 minutes, that fit around the team.
We do the deployment, Projects setup, connector work, and training delivery. Your side provides access, answers questions about your workflows, and nominates champions in each department. Typical time commitment from your team is 2 to 4 hours per week per participating department during active phases.
Usually not. Claude Enterprise connects to your existing systems rather than requiring data migration. Documents stay where they live; Claude accesses them through connectors.
