Yes. Monthly retainer with 30 days notice. No multi-year lock-ins. If the engagement is not delivering, we would rather end it than drag it out, and the quarterly review is specifically designed to surface that conversation before it becomes awkward.

A mix of building, coaching, and advising. We work asynchronously through Slack and Linear, with a weekly sync. Most weeks look like half a day of build, half a day of coaching and reviews, and a weekly leadership check-in.

You own everything we build. Agents live in your Claude Enterprise environment, on your connectors, with your data. We document handover so your team can maintain and extend them independently.

Agents shipped, adoption metrics, and concrete business outcomes tied to the use cases we are targeting. We review this every quarter with your leadership team.

Yes, and that is often the best model. Typical split: your team owns day-to-day operations and the user-facing relationship; we own complex builds, strategic direction, and the deep platform work.

You meet the proposed architect before signing and you have a veto. If the fit is not right after the first month, we swap. Continuity matters in a long retainer.
